Anchor 1

When you click the arrow ▶ next to the KeyRinger(s) that you want to call, you should hear the same tone sequence that you hear when you double-click the KeyRinger itself. If you do not hear anything, verify that the speakers are connected and that the sound on this PC, tablet, or phone is enabled and the volume is set to a normal level. Increasing the volume will increase the distance over which the KeyRinger will respond. Caution, do not set the volume so high as to be uncomfortable to listen to.

In addition to being able to call an individual KeyRinger from your PC, phone, or tablet, a KeyRinger can also be used to call an individual KeyRinger. To call an individual KeyRinger from another KeyRinger, hold down (do not double-click) the double-click button on the KeyRinger until a short double-beep is heard. You will hear the double-beep after approximately one second. When you hear the double-beep, immediately release the button and immediately quickly click it one or more times where the number of clicks matches the unique ID number of the KeyRinger you want to call. For example, click four times to call a KeyRinger with unique ID number four. After quickly clicking the desired number of times, wait while the light flashes for a second or two. Now for the next four minutes whenever you double-click the KeyRinger, only the KeyRinger that you have selected will respond.

To individually call a different KeyRinger, repeat the step described above clicking the number of times that corresponds to the KeyRinger that you now want to call. To go back to calling all KeyRingers when you double-click, again repeat the steps described above but don't click after immediately releasing the button. Also, after four minutes the KeyRinger will automatically reset back to calling all KeyRingers when you double-click.
